General Policy for Returns
* All goods are brand new and believed to be in good condition unless otherwise stated.
* Refunds are not done for change of mind and or compatibility issues with your own hardware and or software unless otherwise stated. This also includes chang of mind. Due to Australian Health laws we dont re stock any headset that has been sent to a customer.
* Refunds will not include shipping and handling charges. Further goods must be returned to us in good order for us to provide any refund.
* In the unlikely event that your purchase is faulty, you must return it within 6 months of receiving goods to be eligible for a replacement. You must contact us on 1800777055 before sending anything back and obtain a "RA" Number.
